An Honor to be used by God

I shared at a church wildlife dinner a week or so ago. I didn't think I said anything profound, but God used me any way. I have had a couple of people comment on the message of the "solitude of the woods and the heart" . Genesis talks about what God has made and that it is good. He also tells man to take care of it and enjoy it. Sometimes it is in the quiet times of life that we (I) can hear God speak to my heart. From my notes: "

The mountains, the trees, all the animals, and all the wild beauty that is out there, are for sure, the works of the Creator, the almighty God. But, Simply spending time outdoors and thinking lofty thoughts won’t cut it. At some point, usually when we are alone and quiet, maybe in the woods, we each search our hearts for what is life all about, We may even ask ourselves “What is truth?” and “Do I matter?” I know I have!" -- "As you go out to hunt, fish, or just enjoy nature, remember this; God created it for us to enjoy, so ENJOY IT. And I hope that God speaks to your heart,.. and I believe He will ,..if you seek Him. Because I believe that the heart matters to Him."

How cool is it that God uses those who are willing ?
